Weaving or knitting heat-resistant fibers such as carbon fibers,
The fuel wicking part 30 is woven or knitted from cotton fiber or other fibers with good fuel wicking properties and sewn together into the upper and lower parts, or the heat-resistant combustion part and the fuel wicking part are connected by a warp knitting machine. has proposed an integrally knitted core that is simultaneously ratcheted.

There was a flaw in not being able to do it properly.

The long fiber layer 3a and the short fiber random web layer 3b are alternately laminated so that the short fiber random web layer 3b forms the outermost layer. We proposed a fuel suction part 30 made of non-woven (knitted) fabric that is integrated with punching or stitch bonding so as not to peel off, and were able to obtain a significant improvement in fuel suction. However, since the nonwoven (knitted) fabric has a characteristic of becoming stiff, the bending portion 4 may remain bent and not return to its original shape, and when the fuel liquid level drops, the liquid level The lower end of the core separates from the wick, causing combustion to go out due to poor fuel suction even though fuel remains. (Refer to Figure 1) (Structure of the invention) The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the core body 1 is woven with heat-resistant fibers. A fuel suction part 3 connected to the lower part of the heat-resistant combustion part 2 formed or knitted or molded.
A long fiber layer 3a consisting of a large number of long fibers of rayon, cellulose acetate, polyamide, acrylic, polyester, polyvinyl formal, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, wholly aromatic polyamide, etc. arranged in the vertical direction or Rayon, cellulose acetate, polyamide, acrylic, polyester, polyvinyl formal, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, fully aromatic polyamide, with multiple layers
Random web layer 3 of short fibers such as cotton, linen, wool, etc.
The long fiber layer 3a and the short fiber random web layer 3b are laminated alternately so that the short fiber random web layer 3b forms the outermost layer, and then peeled off by needle punching, stitch bonding, etc. A plurality of non-woven (knitted) cloth wicking pieces 3A are made of a non-woven (knitted) cloth that is made of a non-woven (knitted) cloth, with bending/extending cuts 4a arranged in parallel at appropriate positions on the lower part, and a plurality of non-woven (knitted) cloth wicking pieces 3A made of twisted yarn such as cotton fiber. A plurality of knitted (woven) suction pieces 3B are woven or knitted and are provided with bending portions 4b formed only by warp groups at appropriate positions in the lower part, and are formed to an appropriate width and arranged alternately in the longitudinal direction. They are then connected 5 by means such as sewing. 6 in the figure is the heat-resistant combustion part 2 and the fuel suction part 3
7 is a reinforcing tape.

Since it is composed of a plurality of sheets connected alternately in the longitudinal direction, the long fiber layer 3a of the nonwoven (knitted) cloth wicking piece 3A is continuous without being cut from the bottom to the top. Therefore, the fuel wicking efficiency does not decrease. In addition, the bending/stretching portion 4b formed only by the warp of the knitted (woven) cloth wicking piece 3B covers the bending/stretching failure of the non-woven (knitted) cloth wicking piece 3A, thereby bending/stretching the bending/stretching portion 4 of the entire fuel wicking portion 3. Averaged to create a strong non-woven (knitted) cloth wicking piece 3
In addition to eliminating the shortcomings of A, the shortcomings of the weak knitted (woven) cloth wicking piece 3B can be reinforced with the non-woven (knitted) cloth wicking piece 3A, and the strengths of both can compensate for the shortcomings of the other. Together, a core body with good fuel suction efficiency and good bending and stretching properties above and below the core can be obtained.
