Conventional technology Conventionally, in order to form a core for a combustion appliance, a fuel suction part made of cotton fabric, etc., woven on a loom and cut into appropriate dimensions, and a heat-resistant combustion part made of glass fiber, etc., are integrally joined at the top and bottom. Then, use this as a flat core and overstitch the edges, or further abut the edges into a cylindrical shape and sew them together to form a cylindrical core, or as shown in Figures 7 and 8.
As shown in the figure, a knitting core 20 has recently been known in which the weft yarns are repeatedly folded and arranged in a warp knitting method called lattice knitting, and the weft yarns are knitted with the warp yarns. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9, a cylindrical kerosene stove core 21 knitted with a weft 22 made of heat-fusible fiber is known (see Japanese Utility Model Application No. 54-96427).

Problems that the invention aims to solve In the former case, the process is complex and varied, and there are also drawbacks such as unevenness during manufacturing and the inability to smoothly suck up the oil, as shown in Figures 7 and 8. In the latter case shown in , when knitting continuously, the interlining knitting part 21 and the empty knitting cutting part 22 which is knitted only by the warp without inserting the weft are continuously knitted alternately,
The air knitting cut portion 22 is cut and separated into single pieces to be processed into a flat core or a cylindrical core, but when warp knitting is normally performed, each row is chain knitted with warp threads, so cutting is not necessary. Since there is a drawback that the weft threads become frayed at certain points and fall apart, a large amount of waste is created by knitting the empty knit cut section 22 long. In addition, in the one shown in FIG. 9, the weft threads 22 provided horizontally with respect to the vertical direction of the cylindrical kerosene stove wick 21 are made of heat-fusible fibers, so they undergo heat shrinkage during use, and the cylindrical There is a risk that the circumference of the core formed in the shape of the core will be shortened and the core will not be able to move up and down, and furthermore, there is a risk that the weft threads 22 will be cut off due to heat during use as a core and become unusable.

Function and effect of the invention This invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and the assembled weft 2, which is made up of a plurality of yarns 1 of arbitrary materials, is chain-knitted by repeatedly folding back and knitting, and the assembled weft is attached to the large stitch 4 of the warp threads 3, 3... 2, and the warp threads 3, in which only the heat-fusible threads 8 are inserted at an arbitrary interval in the lower part;
A long interlining knitted part 5 is created by knitting empty knitted parts 12, 12, .
, and further knitted by inserting only the heat-fusible yarn 8 into the small stitches 6 of the warp yarns 3, 3, etc. which are continuously chain-knitted in the interlining knitted part 5 to form a knitted part for cutting a small width. 7, the interlining knitted part 5 and the cutting knitted part 7 are continuously formed, and the heat-fusible yarn 8 is connected to the cutting knitted part 7 and the empty knitted part 12 for hem cutting. Since it is knitted into a chisel, the knitted part 7 for cutting and the empty knitted part 1 for hem splitting are used.
Warp yarns 3, 3 which were heat-treated and chain-knitted when cutting 2.
The heat-fusible yarn 8, which is used as a weft, melts and adheres to the weft to form a welded part 13, which prevents undesired fraying, reduces the defective rate during processing as a cylindrical core, and improves work efficiency. It is also possible to knit the standing part 7 with a narrower width than the conventional one, which eliminates the waste of warps 3, 3, etc. that are used in large numbers in parallel, saves on materials, and can be provided at a low price. Since the yarn 8 was knitted only into the cutting knitted part 7 and the empty knitted part 12 for hem splitting, the knitted part 7 for cutting and the empty knitted part 12 for hem split cutting were heated and cut as shown in FIG. Although it is processed into a cylindrical core and used as described above, there is no heat-fusible thread 8 in the interlining knitted part 5, so there is no problem with oil wicking or deformation of the core. Furthermore, when the cylindrical wick is raised and lowered to adjust the firepower, unlike conventional products, the inner periphery of the cylindrical wick will shrink and become impossible to raise and lower, or it will not fall apart due to heat, and the oil The wicking is done uniformly, the oil wicking is not particularly affected, and it can be used without any inconvenience during use.Furthermore, the hem splitting can be done simply by thermally cutting the empty knitted parts 12, 12... for hem splitting. Part 14,1
This invention has many practical effects, such as being convenient to use since the hem portion 16 is formed with 4...
