[Detailed description of the invention] <Industrial application field> This invention prevents fraying when interlining for combustion appliances is knitted in a warp-knitted manner continuously and is cut into single pieces, and is The present invention relates to an interlining for a combustion appliance, which allows the wick to move up and down smoothly when used as a wick, and also allows no problem in sucking up petroleum.

《Prior Art》 Traditionally, interlining for combustion appliances has been knitted and stitched with warp threads by repeating the weft threads in a warp knitting method, which is now called latssel knitting, as shown in Figures 6 and 7. It is known that a knitted core 20 is formed using a knitted core 20, and this is processed into a cylindrical core 23 (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 124813/1983).

<<Problems to be solved by the invention>> By the way, when knitting the knitting core 20 continuously as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the interlining knitting section 21
and a hollow-knit cutting section 22 which is empty-knitted only with warp yarns without inserting a weft, are alternately and continuously knitted, and the empty-knit cutting section 22 is cut and separated into single pieces to form a cylindrical core 23.
However, in normal warp knitting, each row is chain-knitted using weft yarns, so the weft yarns fray at the cut point and fall apart, resulting in a large amount of waste. In addition, in the one shown in FIG. 8, the weft threads 26 provided horizontally with respect to the vertical direction of the cylindrical core 25 are made of heat-fusible fibers, so that they undergo heat shrinkage during use and are formed into a cylindrical shape. There is a risk that the circumference of the core will be shortened and the core will not be able to move up and down, and furthermore, there is a risk that the weft threads 26 will be cut off due to heat during use as a core and become unusable.

《Means for solving the problem》 In order to achieve the above object, the interlining for combustion appliances of this invention is made by chain-knitting the assembled weft 2, which is made up of a plurality of threads 1 made of any material, by repeatedly folding them. A long interlining knitted part 5 is formed by inserting and knitting the collective weft 2 into the large stitches 4 of the warps 3, 3..., and the warp threads 3, 3 are chain-knitted continuously to the interlining knitted part 5. A thermofusible yarn 8 is inserted into the small stitches 6 of... to form a knitted part 7 for cutting of a small width, and the interlining knitted part 5 and the knitted part 7 for cutting are connected continuously. It was formed.

《Example》 An example of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 5 is an interlining knitting part in which a grouped weft 2, in which a plurality of yarns 1 of arbitrary material are gathered, is repeatedly folded in a zigzag pattern so that they are brought into close contact with each other. The warp yarns 3, 3, etc., which are chain-knitted while being arranged, are inserted into the large stitch 4 and knitted in a long width. Reference numeral 7 denotes a knitting section for cutting, in which thermofusible yarn 8 is inserted into small stitches 6 of chain-knitted warp threads 3, 3, . . . and knitted into a small width.

In addition, the interlining knitted part 5 and the cutting knitted part 7 are knitted repeatedly and continuously, and the interlining knitted part 5 shown in the figure is knitted by connecting the combustion wicking part A and the heat-resistant combustion part B. The combustion wicking part A and the collective weft 2 made of a material with good combustion wicking properties such as cotton are repeatedly folded, and the heat-resistant combustion part B is repeatedly folded with the collective weft 2 having good heat resistance such as glass fiber, and the connecting part 9 is formed. The interlining knitting section 5 uses the assembled weft 2 as the weft, and the cutting knitting section 7 knits the thermofusible yarn 8 as the weft. However, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, there are four heat-fusible threads 8 inserted into the cutting knitting section 7 and knitted.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, there are two heat-fusible threads 8. However, the number of heat-fusible threads 8 is not limited. Furthermore, the structure of the connection part 9 between the combustion suction part A and the heat-resistant combustion part B can be made by various means, and is not necessarily limited to what is shown in the drawings. In addition, for the above-mentioned continuously knitted interlining, after cutting the cutting knitted part 7, the interlining knitted part 5 can be made into a flat core by overstitching as appropriate, or by butt-sewing or joining both ends. As shown in FIG. 5, it is formed as a cylindrical core 12. Reference numeral 10 denotes a bending section formed only of the gathered wefts 2, 2, . . . excluding the warp 3. Further, the heat-fusible yarn 8 is a continuous heat-fusible yarn 1.

《Operation and effect of the invention》 This invention has the above-mentioned structure, and the assembled weft 2, which is made up of a plurality of yarns 1 of arbitrary material, is repeatedly folded and chain-knitted into the large stitch 4 of the warp yarns 3, 3... Since the long interlining knitted part 5 is formed by inserting and knitting the collective weft 2, the long interlining knitted part 5 is used as a flat core or a cylindrical core. In addition, the thermofusible yarn 8 is inserted into the small stitches 6 of the warp threads 3, 3, etc., which are chain-knitted continuously in the interlining knitted part 5, to form a small width cutting knitted part 7. It is not necessary to employ complicated knitting means to insert the heat-fusible yarn 8 into the small stitches 6 of 3, 3, . . . , and the production cost can be reduced. Furthermore, the interlining knitting part 5
Since the knitted part 7 for cutting and the knitted part 7 for cutting are formed continuously, the thermofusible yarn 8 as the weft melts and adheres to the warp threads 3, 3, which are thermally processed and chain knitted when the knitted part 7 for cutting is cut. The cylindrical core 1
It has the effect of reducing the defective rate and improving work efficiency during processing as 2, and furthermore, the cutting knitting part 7 can be knitted with a narrower width than the conventional one, and it is possible to reduce the defect rate and improve the work efficiency. , 3... can be provided at low cost by eliminating waste and saving materials.Furthermore, as shown in FIG. Even when lifting and lowering the oil, the inner periphery of the cylindrical core does not shrink and become impossible to lift or fall apart due to heat, unlike conventional products, and the oil is sucked up evenly and oil is removed. This device has many practical effects, as it has no particular effect on the suction of water and can be used without any inconvenience.
