- 同一面に形成したハンダバンプおよび受光セン
サ列の形成面を除いて不透明のモールド樹脂体に
封止したイメージセンサと、表面に回路パターン
を形成した透明基板とを有し、前記ハンダバンプ
と前記回路パターンとが接続するように前記イメ
ージセンサと前記透明基板とを重ね合せて一体化
したイメージセンサの保護装置。
