- ＣＰＵと外部回路を結ぶ論理回路を有し、前記
ＣＰＵから前記論理回路を診断する診断系におい
て、この診断系に前記外部回路から前記論理回路
への制御信号に代わる擬似的信号の発生回路を付
加し、前記ＣＰＵからのデータ転送系と前記外部
回路からの制御信号系の診断ができることを特徴
とする診断機能を保有した論理回路。
