    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アンテナ入力信号を電界効果トランジスタのゲ
    ートに与えて増幅するＲＦ増幅回路であつて、前
    記電界効果トランジスタのゲートと接地間に介装
    するバイアス抵抗の値を４７０ＫΩ〜２ＭΩの間
    に設定することを特徴としたＬＷバンドＡＭチユ
    ーナのＲＦ増幅回路。
