Claims (1)
- 電界効果トランジスタを増幅素子とする高周波
増幅器において、この電界効果トランジスタのゲ
ート側整合回路に抵抗とコンデンサの並列回路を
直列接続し、かつこれら抵抗とコンデンサの各値
は前記電界効果トランジスタの低周波帯域、高周
波帯域における不安定を改善し得る値に夫々調整
してなることを特徴とする高周波増幅器。
