Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 容器を支持する支持テーブルに連結した重量計
    と、上記支持テーブルの上方に配設されてその支
    持テーブル上に供給された容器内に充填物を充填
    する充填バルブと、上記重量計からの計量信号を
    入力するとともに上記充填バルブの開閉を制御す
    る制御装置とを備え、この制御装置により上記重
    量計で計量した重量が所定重量になつたら充填バ
    ルブを閉鎖させるようにした重量充填装置におい
    て、 予め定めた所定重量の計量ウエイトを搬送する
    還流コンベヤと、この還流コンベヤによつて供給
    された計量ウエイトを容器の正常な搬送経路内に
    供給する供給手段と、この供給手段によつて上記
    搬送経路内に供給された計量ウエイトをその搬送
    経路から上記還流コンベヤに排出する排出手段と
    を設け、上記供給手段を、上記計量ウエイトを上
    記支持テーブルに供給して重量計で計量させるこ
    とによりこの重量計の検査を行なう検査区間より
    も上流位置に、また上記排出手段を上記検査区間
    よりも下流位置にそれぞれ設け、上記計量ウエイ
    トを上記還流コンベヤから供給手段、検査区間お
    よび排出手段を介して再び還流コンベヤに循環さ
    せることを特徴とする重量充填装置の重量計検査
    装置。
