Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 イ 考案の目的 〔産業上の利用分野〕 鉄塔などに鳥が巣を作るのを防ぐためのもので
ある。
〔従来の技術〕
送電用鉄塔に鳥が巣を作り、種々の弊害を来た
すが、これを防ぐための有効な手段は開発されて
いない。
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
本考案は、上記の営巣を防止する有効な手段を
提供するものである。
ロ 考案の構成 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 外筒１と内筒２を同心状に設け、その一方を固
定し、他方を風見板３より回転させるようにし、
その回転軸４の軸線と直角な一平面上において、
外筒周面には複数個の貫通窓穴５をあけ、内筒周
面には複数個の猛鳥の義眼６を取付けた構成であ
る。
〔作用〕
例えば外筒周面の窓穴５を略等間隔８個位と
し、内筒周面の義眼６を２倍の16個程度にすれ
ば、大体いつも窓穴５にはたか・とび・ふくろう
など猛鳥の眼球が光つている。風が吹き一方の円
筒が回動すると義眼６が窓穴５に出没するので義
眼が動くように見える。
従つて本考案防止器を鉄塔の適所に装置してお
けば、すずめ等の小鳥には常に猛鳥ににらまれて
いるように見えて、その目的がよく達成される。
〔実施例〕
図示例は、褐色に塗装した外筒１を取付具７で
鉄塔等に取付けて固定し、内筒２を軸受８・ボー
ル９等で軽く回るように支持させる。１０は軸４
に固着した内筒位置決め兼堆力受筒である。義眼
６は例えば剥製用の義眼を用いるもので、半球の
ガラス６1の後面に黒円６2と黄円６3のプラスチ
ツクが貼つてある。
風見板３は一つの窓穴５と一致する方向に、そ
の地域の３月の風向きと一致するように鉄塔に取
付ける。３月は営巣開始時期である。
なお内筒２を固定し、外筒１を風見板３と共に
回動するようにしてもよい。また鉄塔に限らず適
宜場所に適用することができる。
ハ 考案の効果 上記のように簡単な構成で鉄塔などに鳥が巣を
作るのを防ぐことができる。

図。 １は外筒、２は内筒、３は風見板、４は軸、５
は窓穴、６は義眼。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外筒と内筒を同心状に設け、その一方を固定
    し、他方を風見板により回転させるようにし、そ
    の回転軸の軸線と直角な一平面上において、外筒
    周面には複数個の貫通窓をあけ、内筒周面には複
    数個の猛鳥の義眼を取付けた鳥の営巣防止器。
