Abstract

PURPOSE:To check the stain and the contamination of a material to be checked simply, by placing the material to be checked on the bottom surface of a black box, projecting light from the upper art, and observing the state of the material through an observing window. CONSTITUTION:An observing window 10 is provided in the upper surface of a black box, which is constituted with a light screening hood 5. Black light lamps 6 and general lighting lamps 7 are provided at the adjacent parts of the observing window 10 so that the lamps can be switched one another. When checking is performed, a material to be checked 9 is placed on the bottom surface of said black box, and said black light lamps 6 are turned ON. Stain and contamination on the surface of the material to be checked 9, which cannot be found under visible light, are detected as fluorescent lighting and black sunken parts with the projected black light. When the black light lamps are switched to the general lighting lamps 7, the stain and the contamination under the visible light can be detected.

Conventional technology Irradiation of black light with a dominant wavelength of 350 to 360 nm removes stains and stains from food, cosmetics, excrement, etc. on clothing that are difficult to detect with the naked eye under natural light or visible artificial light. It is already well known that stains and dirt can be easily detected by observing them under light because they emit fluorescence or appear darkened due to absorption. Note that in this case, it is necessary that visible light be completely blocked. For this reason, when performing cleaning at cleaning shops, etc., in order to detect stains and dirt on clothes that are difficult to detect with the naked eye under natural light or artificial light using visible light, cleaning shops use natural light or other general lighting during the daytime. To prevent the intrusion, use shutters or blackout curtains to darken the entire room or part of the room, wait until nightfall, turn off the general lights, and turn off the general stand lights. Black light lamps are attached and turned on to equipment, etc. to inspect for stains and dirt.

Problems that the invention aims to solve Recently, troubles related to removing stains and dirt during cleaning have been increasing, and the details of the troubles are as follows:
1) The appearance of stains and dirt that were not visible before the cleaning after cleaning, (2) Later mold growth from the area due to insufficient removal of stains and dirt by cleaning. (3) Causes of stains and dirt
Fabric damage and discoloration occur due to inadequate type identification and inappropriate removal methods. In order to prevent such troubles from occurring, it is necessary to be able to reliably and easily confirm and identify the presence or absence of stains and dirt, as well as their types, both when receiving and after cleaning products are received. However, conventional daytime, natural light and other general illumination are used to detect stains and dirt that are difficult to detect with the naked eye under visible light, through fluorescence and black sinking caused by black light irradiation. To prevent people from entering the room, darken the entire room or part of the room with shutters or blackout curtains, wait until nightfall, turn off the general lights, and turn off the general lighting fixtures, etc. The method of testing by attaching and lighting a black light lamp is not simple, and it is difficult to carry out tests as needed.

According to the above configuration, it is possible to easily and appropriately inspect the 5-heap inspection object with stains and dirt on it under the irradiation beam of a black light, even in bright surroundings, as needed. Spots and dirt that are difficult to detect with the naked eye under visible light can be detected as fluorescent light or black depressions, and the black light lamp and general lighting lamp can be switched on and off. By doing so, the condition and location of stains and dirt on the object to be inspected can also be observed and inspected under visible light. The type of stain or dirt attached to the object to be inspected can also be determined by comparing it with a specimen prepared in advance.

Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In the figure, 1 is a light source unit that irradiates an object to be inspected with stains and dirt, 2 is a support arm of the light source unit, 3 is a support that fixes the support arm, 4 is a support stand, and 6 is a visible light beam to be inspected. A light-shielding hood is used to block outside light from entering objects. Inside the light source section 1, a black light lamp 661\-7'' and a general lighting lamp 7 are disposed to face each other, and a lamp changeover switch 8 is used to switch between the black light lamp 6 and the general lighting lamp 7. It is possible to switch between the lights and turn them on. Further, in the center of the upper surface of the light source section 1 is a viewing window 1 for inspecting the object 9 to be inspected which is placed on the upper surface of the support base 4 and has stains or dirt attached thereto.
A magnifying lens 11 is installed in the viewing window 1o so that the object to be inspected can be observed under magnification.
