れており、さらに、前記第２の予備加熱ゾーン１
２の上方の赤外線加熱部５に空気噴射口７ａが多
数個配設された加熱助長用の空気供給装置８ａを
付設するとともに高温加熱ゾーン１３の上方の赤
外線加熱面５には空気噴射口７ｂが多数個配設さ
れた前記空気供給装置８ａよりも空気供給量の少
ない加熱助長用の空気供給装置８ｂを付設し、ま
た、前記入口側隔壁９と出口側隔壁１０の各上端
と天井面との間に形成される上方空間は炉体１の
天井部に設けた排気口１５，１６をもつて外部に
