    を囲繞する複数の外部導出リードと、前記吊リー
    ドと外部導出リードを支持する枠体と、前記吊リ
    ードの樹脂によつて封止される部分から前記枠体
    による支持部に至る部分に設けられた緩衝部とを
    備えたリードフレーム。
