Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は断熱カーテンウオールにおいて使用
される断熱構造を有するコーナー方立部に関する
ものである。
カーテンウオールにおいては、その断熱性能が
空調効率に大きな影響を及ぼすが、パネル部分の
断熱性が確保されても、方立部等において断熱が
不完全であると、全体の断熱性能が大幅に低下せ
ざるを得ない。
この考案は上述のような理由から工夫されたも
ので、まず断熱構造のコーナー方立部とすること
により、建物全体の断熱系を崩さないこと、さら
に取付けが容易で構造的に無理がないこと等を目
的としている。
以下、この考案のコーナー方立部を図示した実
施例に基づいて説明する。
第１図はこの考案のコーナー方立部を用いたカ
ーテンウオールの一部を室外側からながめたもの
で、縦材（この場合、方立１）および横材２（上
枠、下枠、中無目等）で枠組みされたカーテンウ
オールユニツトから構成されている。また、断熱
カーテンウオールということで、カーテンウオー
ルのパネル部分は複層ガラスあるいは断熱パネル
等、断熱性のあるパネル材３を適宜配して構成す
るものとする。
第２図はそのコーナー方立部である−断面
の詳細を示したもので、方立１を中空柱状の室内
側部材５と横断面を屈曲させた縦帯状の室外側部
材６とに分離して形成してある。両部材５，６は
アルミ押出し成形等により得られるものであり、
両部材５，６により、コーナー方立部の略扇形断
面の方立１を形作つている。なお、この実施例で
は扇形の中心角が90゜であるが、適宜設計変更す
ることが可能である。
室外側部材６の外側面はそのままコーナー方立
１の表面をなすものであり、幅方向中央には長手
方向に連続するビス止め部１５が形成され、これ
と対向する室内側部材５の室外側には同じく長手
方向に連続するビス受け部１６が形成され、長手
方向の複数箇所で、ビス８により室内外両部材
５，６を連結している。離間して配置された室内
外面部材５，６間には、合成樹脂等、適当な硬さ
と、締付密着性および断熱性を有する筒状、好ま
しくは円筒状のスペーサー７を介在させ、上述の
ビス８はこのスペーサー７に設けられた挿通孔９
を通して、室内外両部材５，６を締め付けてい
る。なお、第３図はこのスペーサー７の変形例を
示したもので、両端に密着性の良い材質からなる
シール材１８を取付け、ビス止め部１５およびビ
ス受け部１６との確実なシールを図つたものであ
る。また、上述のビス止め部１５およびビス受け
部１６は長手方向に連続する厚肉部とすることに
より、ビス８の締付けによる変形、傷みを防止す
ることができる。
また、室内側部材５および室外側部材６の両側
端部には、このコーナー方立１の両側端において
対峙するパネル材支持部１３，１４が設けられ、
コーナー方立部の両側にパネル材嵌入溝１２を形
成している。パネル材３はその側端部をこのパネ
ル材嵌入溝１２に嵌入んで挟持される。なお、図
中４は押し縁、１１はパネル材３と室内外両部材
５，６間に介装されたガスケツトである。
さらに、室内側部材５の室外側には、上述のパ
ネル材嵌入溝１２内で、パネル３の側端面と略平
行に室外側へ延びる翼状の張出し片５ａが設けら
れており、室内側部材５および室外側部材６間の
空間１７には、前記両張出し片５ａによつて挟ま
れる部分は、コーナー方立１の長手方向に沿つて
グラスウール等の断熱材１０を配設し、断熱性の
向上を図つている。この断熱材１０は両側が前記
張出し片５ａで保護されるとともに、コーナー方
立１の長手方向に複数配される前記スペーサー７
によつて長手方向複数箇所を止めた形で保持され
るため、ずれたり、外れたりする恐れがなく、コ
ーナー方立部の断熱構造が確実なものとすること
ができる。
この考案は以上の構成からなり、次のような利
点、特徴を有する。
略扇形断面のコーナー方立を構成する室内側
部材と室外側部材とは、断熱材を挟んで、長手
方向複数箇所でビス止めされ、ビス止め位置以
外は断熱構造となつているため、カーテンウオ
ールの断熱系を崩さず、効率のよい室内冷暖房
が図れる。
室内側部材と室外側部材間の空間に、コーナ
ー方立の長手方向に沿つて配設される断熱材は
両側が室内側部材の張出し片によつて挟まれ、
保護され、かつ長手方向複数箇所をスペーサー
で止めた形になつているため、パネル材嵌込み
時あるいは組立て後等に、外れたり、ずれたり
する心配がない。
断熱材は両側が室内側部材の張出し片によつ
て挟まれるように配設されるので、組立時には
張出し片が断熱材の位置決めの役目も兼ね、組
み立てが容易となる。
筒状のスペーサーを介して締せつけるので、
パネル材のシールに悪影響を及ぼすことがな
い。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中空柱状の室内側部材５と該室内側部材５の室
    外側に離間して配置される横断面を屈曲させた縦
    帯状の室外側部材６とを、長手方向複数箇所で、
    ビス挿通孔９を有する筒状断熱部材からなるスペ
    ーサー７を介してビス８でビス止めして略扇形断
    面の方立１を構成し、前記室内側部材５と室外側
    部材６間の両側端部にそれぞれパネル３の側端部
    を装着するためのパネル材嵌入溝１２を形成して
    なるコーナー方立部であつて、前記室内側部材５
    の室外側には前記方立部の両側端の前記パネル材
    嵌入溝１２内で、前記パネル３の側端面と略平行
    に室外側へ延びる張出し片５ａを設けるととも
    に、前記両張出し片５ａによつて挟まれる前記室
    内側部材５および室外側部材６間の空間１７に
    は、前記方立１の長手方向に沿つて配設した断熱
    材１０が前記両張出し片５ａおよび前記スペーサ
    ー７によつて保持されていることを特徴とするコ
    ーナー方立部。
