Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、一般にヘッドホーンクッションに関し、より
詳しくは、ヘッドホーン・カップ部分と着用者の頭部及
び耳との間の良好な音響シールを供与すると共に、比較
的経世で、快適な着用感を与えるヘッドホーンクッショ
ンに関する。
［従来の′技術］ 本発明の背景技術として、米国特許第４４５５６７５号
及び米国特許願ＯＥｆ／７４９，５７５号「音圧感知手
段を備えたヘッドホーン」　（出願口１９８５年１月２
７０、現在は米国特許第４６４４５８１号）を引用する
。
これらの特許には、ノイズを減少させ、比較的一様でユ
ーザーごとに大きくは変動しない周波数応答を示すと共
に、歪みも減少させるようにした、ヘッドホーン方式が
記載されている。これらの米国特許に示された比較的小
形のヘッドホーンは、ヘッドホーンの凹み部を頭部に押
付ける力によって頭部に過大な圧力を受けることなく、
快適な着用感を与え、ノイズを減少させ、音楽又は音声
信すを忠実に再現する。本発明は、良好な音響シールを
供与しながら更に着用°感をよくする改良されたヘッド
ホーンクッションを提供するものである。
本発明によるヘッドホーンは、ポリウレタン外皮の薄い
可伸長層中に包みこまれた柔軟な復元（回復）のおそい
フオーム材料のリング上にゼラチン状シリコーンの少く
とも１つのリングを備えている。好ましくは、溝を介し
て互に分離させた２つの同心状のリングが設けられる。
本発明のその他の特徴、目的並びに利点は、図面に示し
た実施例についての以下の詳細な説明によって一層明ら
かとされよう。
［実　施　例］ 図面、特に第１図を参照すると、本発明によるヘッドホ
ーンクッション１１が斜視図により図示されている。ク
ッション１１は、内側リングＩＩＡと、これを同心状に
囲む外側リングＩＩＢとを有し、これらは、共に開口部
１２を囲み、この開口部を通って音声がヘッドホーント
ランスジュニサ−（図示しない）から着用者の耳に伝え
られる。第２図は、頭部と接触する而を示すためのヘッ
ドホーンクッション１１の内面図である。
第３図は、第２図の３−３線に治った断面図である。こ
の構造は、柔軟な復元のおそいフオーム層１４　Ｃ例え
ば５ｐｃｃｆａｌｆｔｙ　Ｃｏｍｐｏｓｉｔａｓ社のＣ
４０、密度９５９７．４ｇ／ｒｎ’　（６１ｂｓ／ｃｕ
、ｆｔ、）　）上に載置された非液体ゼラチン状シリコ
ーン層１３を含む。
フオーム層１４とシリコーン層１３とは、通常は厚さが
０．１２７ｍｍ　（５ミル）以下の薄い伸長可能なポリ
ウレタン外皮１５によって包みこまれている。外皮１５
のヘッドホーン側の側面１５Ｈには、頭部と反対側の表
面を示した第４図の外面図に示された２つの小さな通気
孔１５Ａ、１５Ｂが形成されている。外皮１５のシリコ
ーン層１３側は頭部と接触している。
頭部に対してコンプライアンスをより高く、また封止を
より良くするためには、外側リングＩＩＢのみを耳のく
ぼみの剛性構造によって支持させ、内側リング１１Ａは
浮動状とする。
シリコーン層１３とフオーム層１４との組合せは、着用
者にとって非常に心地よいフィツトを与えるように共働
すると共に、良好な緩衝及び音響シールも与え、比較的
軽量である。復元の遅いフオーム層１４と通気孔１５Ａ
、１５Ｂとは、ヘッドホーンを取外し、クッションが膨
張する時に、復元を遅らせる効果を発揮する。通気孔１
５Ａ、　１５Ｂは圧力を等化する働きもしている。比較
的早い復元効果は、耳のまわりでブラマーのヘルパー（
ｐｌｕｍｂｅｒ’５ｈａｌｐｅｒ）を作用するように、
聴者の鼓膜に対して不快な効果をもつため、好ましくな
い。
本発明の特定の実施例によれば、シリコーンゲル１１は
、ＲＴＶシリコーンゲル（シャフト１９．５ｍｍ。
直径６．３ｍｍのユニバーサル型針人度計による針入！

に沿ったクッションの最大幅９．５３ｃｍ　（３，７５

ｍ　（０，８２インチ）、シリコーン層１３の厚さ０．
５８ｃｍ　（０，２２インチ）、凹み１１Ｃの深さ０．
４１ｃｍ　（０，１６インチ）である。通気孔１５Ａ、
　１５Ｂの外皮１５のみを通る直径はＯ，１５ｃｍ（０
，０６インチ）、通気孔１５Ａ、　１５Ｂの間の距離は
５．０８ｃｍ　（２，００インチ）、通気孔１５Ａ、　
１５Ｂと中心との間の距離は２．５４ｃｍ　（１，００
インチ）である。
ヘッドホーンの着用時の快適感を大きく改善する新しい
技法及び装置について以上に説明したが、本発明は、以
−にに説明した以外に、種々変更して実施で今、前述し
た特定の構成は、単なる例示にすぎず、本発明を限定す
るものではない。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １）フォーム材料の層上に、非液体ゼラチン状材料の少
    くとも１つのリングを有すると共に、該リング及び前記
    フォーム材料の層を包みこむ薄い可伸長性外皮を有する
    、ヘッドホーンクッション。 ２）前記フォーム材料が柔軟で復元のおそいフォームで
    ある請求項第１項記載のヘッドホーンクッション。 ３）前記外皮がポリウレタンである請求項第１項記載の
    ヘッドホーンクッション。 ４）前記非液体材料がゼラチン状シリコーンである請求
    項第１項記載のヘッドホーンクッション。 ５）前記外皮がポリウレタンである請求項第２項記載の
    ヘッドホーンクッション。 ６）非液体ゼラチン状材料の少くとも１つのリングと、
    該リングを包みこむ薄い可伸長性の外皮と、を有するヘ
    ッドホーンクッション。
