回転させなければならないが(第3図(B)参照)、一
方車両がフリーローラ上に乗り込み又はフリーローラ上
から脱出する際にはフリーローラ上の進行は困難である

ブレーキシューによる回転制御は実施が困難である。し
たがって多数のフリーローラからなる車輪自由回転支持
装置において乗込み及び脱出を容易にする方法が求めら

の装置は上記問題点を解決するための手段として下記の
構成を具えている。すなわち、並設されたスピードメー
タテスタ及びブレーキテスタの前後に多数のフリーロー
ラの並設による車輪自由回転支持装置を設け、該車輪自
由回転支持装置には前記フリーローラ間に歯が進退でき
る断面くし状の平板装置とその昇降用のシリンダとを設
け、前記フリーローラ上に乗り込み又は該フリーローラ
から脱出する際及び不使用時にのみ前記くし状の平板装
置が上昇してその歯の上端に沿って車両が進行できるよ
