When the device is used, wheels of a test vehicle need to be parked at a designated position, a wheel positioning and weighing adjustable platform plate 91 is arranged for conveniently positioning the vehicle, and meanwhile, a weighing box 92 is arranged for conveniently measuring the normal pressure of the wheels on the wheel positioning and weighing adjustable platform plate 91, namely the normal counter force of the wheel positioning and weighing adjustable platform plate. The four wheel positioning and weighing devices 9 corresponding to the four tires of the vehicle coordinate to act under the action of the measurement and control system, so that the driving condition of the vehicle on the hilly and mountain road surface is simulated, and the off-road performance of the vehicle is tested.

as shown in fig. 1-7, in this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 1, the wheel side-slipping flat belt idler device 10 is installed at the bottom of the test bedplate 6 and corresponds to a wheel parking position of a tractor; the wheel side-slipping flat belt carrier roller device 10 comprises a wheel positioning weighing roller 101 and a flat belt 102, wherein the flat belt 102 is installed around the periphery of the wheel positioning weighing roller 101.
The wheel positioning weighing roller 101 is wrapped into a whole through the flat belt 102, the forward wind resistance fan 11, the side wind fan 12 and the measurement and control system are matched to detect the forward wind resistance and the side slip performance of the vehicle, and meanwhile, the test vehicle is weighed through the wheel positioning weighing roller 101.
Example 8:
as shown in fig. 1 to 7, in this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 1, the measurement and control system includes a pressure sensor 131, an angle sensor 132, and a control cabinet 133, where the pressure sensor 131 is installed on the wheel alignment device, the angle sensor 132 is installed on the test platform 6, and both the pressure sensor 131 and the angle sensor 132 are in signal connection with the control cabinet 133.
The pressure sensor 131 is arranged on the wheel positioning device to facilitate the test of the pressure of the tractor on the wheel positioning device during the static side turning process; the angle sensor 132 is arranged on the test bedplate 6 for conveniently testing a side-turning angle of the tractor in the static side-turning process; the control cabinet 133 is used for analyzing and processing the test records of the pressure sensor 131 and the angle sensor 132, and controlling the pressure sensor 131 and the angle sensor 132 to perform measurement.
Example 9:
as shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the present embodiment, based on embodiment 1, the power plant includes a first electric machine 3 and a second electric machine 5, and the first electric machine 3 is connected to the first transmission 411 of the rollover transmission mechanism 41; the second electric motor 5 is connected to the second transmission 421 of the horizontal rotation mechanism 42.
The power device comprises the first motor 3 and the second motor 5, so that the side turning transmission mechanism 41 and the horizontal rotating mechanism 42 are respectively driven to carry out the static side turning stability test of the tractor, the motor control cost is low, the measurement and control precision is high, and the requirements of the stability and the lifting speed of the static side turning test of the tractor are easily met.
The specific working process is as follows:
starting a power switch and an operation control switch of the control cabinet 133, adjusting the static side-tipping stability test bed of the tractor to an initial state, namely that the test bedplate 6 is in a horizontal position, stably placing the tractor on the test bedplate 6 by using a crane, enabling four wheels of the tractor to be positioned on the wheel positioning weighing adjustable bedplate 91, adjusting the positions of the safety protection device 7 and the anti-side-tipping device 8, locking and fixing, starting the first motor 3, transmitting power to the side-tipping transmission mechanism 41, transmitting the power to the rotary table 416 through the first transmission 411, the driving gear shaft 412, the driving gear 414 and the driven gear 415, enabling the rotary table 416 to drive the test bedplate 6 to turn on side, recording the normal reaction force of the tire to the wheel positioning weighing adjustable bedplate 91 by the measurement and control system in real time in the tilting process of the tractor on the test bedplate 6, and when the normal reaction force of the wheel positioning weighing adjustable bedplate 91 on one side is zero, the measurement and control system actively stops the test bed from laterally turning and records the lateral turning angle of the test bed plate 6; when the side-turning stable angle on the other side of the tractor needs to be tested, the test bedplate 6 only needs to return to the initial horizontal position, and then the side-turning rotating direction of the test bedplate 6 is controlled and changed by the measurement and control system; when the longitudinal upward turning angle of the tractor is tested, when the test bedplate 6 is in the initial horizontal position, the second motor 5 is started, power is transmitted to the supporting circular plate 423 through the second transmission 421, the test bedplate 6 rotates by 90 degrees, and the upward turning angle of the tractor is tested by using the method for testing the left and right side turning stable angles of the tractor.
The working process for measuring the comprehensive performances of the cross-country, traction, light and the like of the vehicle is as follows:
starting a power switch and an operation control switch of a control cabinet 133, adjusting a static side overturning stability test bed of the tractor to an initial state, namely that a test bedplate 6 is in a horizontal position, stably placing a vehicle on the test bedplate 6 by using a crane, wherein four wheels of the vehicle are all positioned on a wheel positioning and weighing adjustable bedplate 91, and respectively controlling wheel positioning and weighing devices 9 under the four wheels to coordinate by using a measurement and control system, so that the real condition of uneven road surface is simulated, and the off-road performance of the vehicle is detected; when four wheels of the vehicle are all positioned on the wheel positioning and weighing adjustable platform plate 91, a tension sensor is arranged on the test platform plate 6 and is connected with the tail of the vehicle, and the vehicle is started to move forwards at a slow speed to test the forward traction of the vehicle; when four wheels of the vehicle are all positioned on the wheel positioning and weighing adjustable platform plate 91, a vehicle headlamp detector is arranged in front of the test platform plate 6 to detect vehicle light.
The working process for measuring the forward wind resistance and the side slip performance of the vehicle is as follows:
the power switch and the operation control switch of the control cabinet 133 are started, the static side-overturning stability test bed of the tractor is adjusted to an initial state, namely the test bedplate 6 is in a horizontal position, the vehicle is stably placed on the test bedplate 6 by a crane, four wheels of the vehicle are all positioned on the wheel side-slipping flat belt carrier roller device 10, the forward wind resistance fan 11 and the side wind fan 12 are respectively started, and the forward wind resistance and the side-slipping characteristic of the vehicle are tested by a measurement and control system.

A static side-turning stability test bed of a tractor is characterized by comprising a base, a test bed plate, a power device and a transmission device, wherein the base is provided with a rack; the transmission device comprises a side-turning transmission mechanism and a horizontal rotating mechanism, the side-turning transmission mechanism is installed on the rack, and the horizontal rotating mechanism is installed on the side-turning transmission mechanism; the side-turning transmission mechanism comprises a first speed changer, a driving gear shaft, a driving gear bearing seat, a driving gear, a driven gear, a rotary table and a rotary table bearing seat, wherein the first speed changer is respectively connected with the power device and the driving gear shaft, the driving gear bearing seat is connected with the rack, the driving gear shaft is arranged in the driving gear bearing seat, the driving gear is arranged on the driving gear shaft, the driven gear is arranged on two sides of the rotary table, the driving gear and the driven gear are mutually meshed, rotating shafts on two sides of the rotary table are arranged in the rotary table bearing seat, and the rotary table bearing seat is fixedly arranged on the rack; the horizontal rotating mechanism comprises a second speed changer, an anti-dislocation wheel, a supporting circular plate and a bearing, wherein the second speed changer is respectively connected with the power device and the supporting circular plate, the anti-dislocation wheel is uniformly arranged on a circular hole rim at the top end of the rotary table, the other end of the anti-dislocation wheel is connected with the supporting circular plate, the upper surface of the supporting circular plate is connected with the test bedplate, the rotary table is uniformly provided with the bearing, and the other end of the bearing is in contact with the supporting circular plate; and the bottom of the test bedplate is provided with a wheel positioning device.

The test bed for the stability of the tractor to turn on one's side statically according to the claim 1 is characterized by further comprising a safety protection device, an anti-sideslip device and a measurement and control system, wherein the safety protection device and the anti-sideslip device are both arranged on two sides of the test bedplate along the running direction of the tractor, a side wind fan is arranged on one side of the safety protection device, and a front wind resistance fan is further arranged in front of the test bedplate along the running direction of the tractor; and the signal output end of the measurement and control system is respectively connected with the signal input end of the wheel positioning device and the signal input end of the test bedplate.

The test bed for testing the static side-turning stability of the tractor according to claim 2, wherein the measurement and control system comprises a pressure sensor, an angle sensor and a control cabinet, the pressure sensor is installed on the wheel positioning device, the angle sensor is installed on the test bedplate, and the pressure sensor and the angle sensor are in signal connection with the control cabinet.
