【発明の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本発明は合成樹脂成形体く例えば板状、棒状、ローブ状
)の接合すべき2つの端部をその互に対向する端面で互

(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
然し乍ら、かかる手段によっては、熱板から両端面を離
して互につき合わせるまでの間に溶融した端面が冷えて
固まるきらいがあり、またその間、空気に触れるため良
好な接合状態を得るのが難しく、特に融点の高い合成樹
脂成形体の場合には、その接合がほとんど不可能である

(問題点を解決するための手段)
本発明は、かかる不都合のない方法を得ることをその目
的としたもので、互に接合すべき合成樹脂成形体の2つ
の端面を互に営接させた状態に固定し、次で加熱したニ
クロム線その他の加熱線を合成樹脂成形体がつき合わさ
れている両端面間に沿ってその一側から他側に通過させ
て各通過個所において両端面間に相互の融着を生じさせ
るようにして成る。

枠を根部の軸で上下に揺動自在に軸支して成る。

(実施例)
本発明実施の1例を別紙図面に付説明する。
図面で(1)は棒状合成樹脂成形体を示し、該合成樹脂
成形体(1)の2つの端部を例えば第1図示のように接
合すべき各端面(乃において互に密接させた状態に固定
し、次でこの状態において通電加熱されるニクロム線そ
の他の加熱線(3)を両端面(2) (2)間に沿わせ
てその一側から他側、例えば図面で上側から下側に該合
成樹脂成形体の材質に適した速度で通過させ、かくて両
端面(2) <2>は各通過個所において相互に融着さ
れるようにした。

すもので、(4)は機台を示し、該機台(4)上の一側
に、各合成樹脂成形体(1)を各端面(2)で互に密接
させて固定すべき1対のクランプ部材<5) (5)を
配設すると共にその他側に根部の軸(6)で上下に揺動
自在に軸支される支持枠(7)を備え、その先端部の前
後の支持アーム(8) <8)間に前記した加熱線(3
)を前後方向の長手に吊設し、かくて該支持枠(7)の
下方への傾動によれば、該加熱線(3)は両端面(2)
(2)間をその上側から下側に通過して両端面(2)
(2)間に融着を生ずるようにした。図面で(9)は
該加熱線(3)を通電加熱すべきその作動電源を示す。

(作 用)
その作用は前記した通りであり、互に密接される各端面

成樹脂成形体(1)を固定した後支持枠(7)を一旦揺
動をさせれば足りる。

(発明の効果)
このように本発明によるときは合成樹脂成形体の2つの
端部はその各端面において互に密接されると共に、各端
面はこれに沿うてその一側から他側に導かれる加熱線に
より加熱されるもので、空気が完全に遮断されているた
め酸化することな(、接合部は元の材質内部と同じ状態
で加熱線の通過に伴って順次融着し、良好な接合を得る
ことが出来、更に第2発明によれば一側にクランプ部材
の1対と、その他側に支持枠とを備えれば足りて簡単で
あり、その操作は単に該支持枠を合成樹脂成形体の材質
に適した速度で揺動すれば足りて作業を容易且確実にす
る等の効果を有する。

- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、互に接合すべき合成樹脂成形体の2つの端面を互に
密接させた状態に固定し、次で加熱したニクロム線その
他の加熱線を両端面間に沿わせてその一側から他側に通
過させて各通過個所において両端面間に相互の融着を生
じさせるようにして成る合成樹脂成形体の接合方法。 2、機台上に接合すべき合成樹脂成形体の2つの端面を
互に密接させた状態に固定する1対のクランプ部材を並
設すると共に、その側方に両端面間に略沿ってのびるニ
クロム線その他の加熱線を支持する支持枠を根部の軸で
