Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧縮空気をノズル孔8からエゼクタ孔6に噴出
    しその噴流中のノズル孔8とエゼクタ孔6の間に
    吸気室10を形成し、該吸気室内の空気を吸引排
    出して該吸気室に接続した系内に真空を発生する
    ようにしたポンプ本体1を有し、該ポンプ本体1
    の同一面側に上記吸気室に連通する吸込口14と
    圧縮空気の導入口15とエゼクタ孔6からの排気
    口20を開口し、本体1の該側面に取付ベース6
    3を設け、該取付ベース63に上記吸込口14、
    導入口15及び排気口20にそれぞれ通じる吸込
    管60、導入管61及び排気管62を設けると共
    に複数の取付ベースを並設した際隣接する上記導
    入管61及び排気管62がそれぞれ連通するよう
    該導入管61及び排気管62を取付ベース63の
    側面に貫通して設けた真空発生装置。
