図である。 図中の符号については、１はマイクロプレート
、２及び２′はウエル、３及び３′は試料、４は
プレートホルダ、５は試料室内、６は吸光度測定
位置、７は吸光度測定用光源部、８は吸光度測定
用受光部、９及び９′は光源部、１０及び１０′
は入射点、１１及び１１′は受光部、１２及び１
２′はホトダイオード、１３はシヤツタである。

Claims (1)
- 試料液面に対し、垂直方向に、互に対向して吸
光度測定用の投光部と受光部を備える吸光度測定
装置において、液面位置検出用の光源が試料液面
に向けてその液面より上方に設けられており、液
面検出用の複数の光検知素子の列が、該光源と該
光源から試料液面に入射された光の入射点におけ
る法線とを結ぶ方向において、該法線を中心に光
源とは反対側でかつ試料液面より上方に配置され
ていることを特徴とする吸光度測定装置。
