Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 光透過性基板の主面又は裏面上の欠陥を検出
する検査装置において、 固定基台上をＸＹ方向に摺動するＸＹステージ
と、 該ＸＹステージ上に固定され、上面に光源を備
えた遮光性ブロツクと、 該遮光性ブロツク上に前記光源の光軸と同軸に
固定され、内面はほぼ光を反射することのない光
学筒と、 該光学筒上に固定され、上面に前記光透過性基
板が嵌合される凹形状を有し、該凹形状下部に前
記光透過性基板保持用突出部を残して下面まで光
路を貫通させた遮光性部材と、 該遮光性部材上部に配置され、下面に前記遮光
性部材を遊嵌させる凹部を備え、該凹部底面に前
記光軸と垂直方向に光検出素子を配設させた遮光
性フードと、 該遮光性フードに付設され、該遮光性フードを
上下自在に駆動させる上下駆動ユニツトと、 前記光検出素子の受光映像を再生するモニタと
を備えてなることを特徴とする光透過性基板検査
装置。 ２ 上記光検出素子はＣＣＤ撮像素子であること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の光透過性基板検査装置。
