Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 柱状透明物質の上端から光を入射させ、その入
射光を透明物質の底面で反射させ、透明物質の上
端部に達する光を検出することにより、透明物質
の底面部分での液面の有無を検出するようにした
液面検知装置において、 柱状透明物質の外周に、この外周の小間隙へだ
てて覆う外套部材を配置し、この外套部材と柱状
透明物質の外周面との間に形成される空隙を気体
供給源に連通させ、外套部材の下端部を柱状透明
物質の底面近傍に位置させたことを特徴とする液
面検知装置。
