- ２波長以上の光を含み且つスリツト状の光束を
放射する光源手段と、前記光束を分光して対象面
の隣接するライン状の領域に異なる波長の光をそ
れぞれ照射するプリズム手段と、前記隣接するラ
イン状の領域からの反射光をそれぞれ対応するラ
イン状センサアレイで検知する光学センサ手段と
を具備してなることを特徴とする光学的認識装置
。
