Claims (1)
- 食品に接触させるプルーブと、このプルーブか
らの色座標空間情報を処理する処理部を有し、前
記プルーブを介して光源からの光が食品に照射さ
れ、この反射光を処理部内の分光器により分光し
て色座標を求め、予め求めた色座標と鮮度との関
係から食品の鮮度を判別する食品鮮度判別装置。
