- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光源からの光を被測定物に照射し、その反射光
を入射する光位置検出素子の出力に基づいて被測
定物の変位量を求める一方、任意に設定された閾
値と前記変位量とを比較する光学式変位測定装置
において、 ３点以上の閾値を保持する閾値保持手段と、 該閾値保持手段に保持されている閾値を選択す
る手段と を具備することを特徴とする光学式変位測定装
置。
