Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 相対回転する転がり軸受用密封装置において
    、軸受外輪に圧入固着され、断面が略コ字形状で
    内側円筒部と外側円筒部との間に斜角面を設けた
    金属環よりなる第1密封要素と、軸受内輪に圧入
    固着され弾性変形可能な材料からなる複数のリツ
    プを有する断面略コ字形状の金属環よりなる第2
    密封要素よりなり、2つの密封要素が相対向し、
    かつ、それぞれの内側・外側円筒部が交互に抱き
    合うよう位置し、第2密封要素のリツプは、第1
    密封要素の外側円筒部内壁に接して第2密封要素
    の外側円筒部に固着され半径方向斜め軸受外方へ
    向かう1または複数のラジアルシール・リツプと
    、半径方向斜め軸受内方へ向かい第1密封要素の
    内側円筒部と外側円筒部との間に設けられた斜角
    面に接するシール・リツプよりなり、第1密封要
    素の内側円筒部と、第2密封要素の内側円筒部お
    よびそれに連続する半径方向平面部および外側円
    筒部とによつて形成されるU字形状のラビリンス
    ・シール部を有することを特徴とする転がり軸受
    用密封装置。 2 第1密封要素の外側円筒部が、軸心方向の内
    輪フランジ部側へ延長し、かつ、対向する内輪の
    フランジ部の内面に対して平行なラビリンスシー
    ル部を形成するように半径方向外方に延びる平面
    部を設けてなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第1項に記載の転がり軸受用密封装置。
