Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 微生物を担持した担体からなる固定床に処理
    すべき廃水を嫌気状態で流通させて廃水の浄化を
    行なう嫌気性固定床に使用されるユニツトであつ
    て、持ち運び可能な大きさに分割されるとともに
    、設置時に垂直な流路が形成されるように配置さ
    れることを特徴とする嫌気性固定床ユニツト。 ２ 前記ユニツトが、高分子材料または金属材料
    からなる枠に組み込まれたセラミツクスからなる
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の嫌気性固定
    床ユニツト。 ３ 隣接した垂直な流路を連絡する水平方向の流
    路が、ユニツトあたり少なくとも一つ確保されて
    いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の嫌気性
    固定床ユニツト。
