第１図は本考案によるセラミツクス製除塵浄化
装置の一実施例を示す縦断面図、第２図は同セラ
ミツクス製除塵浄化装置で使用される触媒担体と
しての多孔体の一例を示す断面図、第３図は同多
孔体の平面図、第４図は触媒担体としての多孔体
の他の例を示す断面図、第５図は同多孔体の平面
図である。 図中、１１はセラミツクス製除塵浄化装置、１
２はセラミツクス管、１３は缶体、１４は水冷管
板、１５は含塵ガス入口、１９は清浄ガス流出口
、２０は金網、２２はセラミツクスハニカム体で
ある。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 通気性を有する多孔質セラミツク壁の一方
    の面より含塵ガスを送入し、上記多孔質セラミツ
    クス壁を通過させて他方の面から清浄ガスを取出
    す除塵浄化装置において、前記清浄ガスの流出路
    に通気性の多孔体を配置し、この多孔体に前記清
    浄ガス中に含まれる有害成分を無害化する触媒を
    担持させたことを特徴とするセラミツク製除塵浄
    化装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
    前記清浄ガスの流出路が逆洗気流の流入路を兼ね
    ているセラミツクス製除塵浄化装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２
    項において、前記触媒は酸化触媒であるセラミツ
    クス製除塵浄化装置。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３
    項のいずれか一において、前記多孔質セラミツク
    ス壁は多孔質のセラミツクス管であるセラミツク
    ス製除塵浄化装置。
