- 送風機と洗浄塔を有し気液接触によつて廃ガス
中の粒子状シリカを溶解し吸収させる粒子状シリ
カ洗浄処理装置に於いて、洗浄液を加熱するため
の加熱手段を設けたことを特徴とする粒子状シリ
カ洗浄処理装置。
