Claims (1)
- Ｘ軸とＹ軸とＺ軸との直交３軸方向に移動可能
な移動テーブル装置であつて、基台上に設けたＸ
軸方向に移動自在な第１テーブルと、該第１テー
ブル上に設けたＹ軸方向に移動自在な第２テーブ
ルと、該第２テーブル上に設けたＺ軸方向に移動
自在な第３テーブルとから成るものにおいて、該
基台に、該第１テーブルに固定のナツトに螺挿さ
れるＸ軸方向に長手の螺杆を軸設して、該螺杆に
該基台に設けたＸ軸用のモータとブレーキユニツ
トとを連結すると共に、該第１テーブルに、該第
２テーブルに固定のナツトに螺挿されるＹ軸方向
に長手の螺杆と、該螺杆にベベルギアを介して連
結されるＸ軸方向に長手の駆動軸とを軸設して、
該駆動軸に該第１テーブルに設けたＹ軸用のモー
タとブレーキユニツトとを連結し、更に該第２テ
ーブルに、該第３テーブルに固定のナツトに螺挿
されるＺ軸方向に長手の螺杆と、該螺杆にベベル
ギアを介して連結されるＸ軸方向に長手の駆動軸
とを軸設して、該駆動軸に該第２テーブルに設け
たＺ軸用のモータとブレーキユニツトとを連結し
たことを特徴とする移動テーブル装置。
