    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 加工物を保持すると共に中ぐり盤等の工作機械
    の機械テーブル上に固定される研磨治具において
    、回転テーブル駆動モーターにより垂直軸心回り
    に回転する回転テーブルを治具本体に設け、上記
    回転テーブル上に水平面内の互いに直交するＸ、
    Ｙ軸方向に移動自在にクロステーブルを設け、ク
    ロステーブルをＸ軸方向に移動させるためのＸ軸
    用ねじ送り機構とクロステーブルをＹ軸方向に移
    動させるためのＹ軸用ねじ送り機構をクロステー
    ブルに連結し、各Ｘ軸、Ｙ軸用ねじ送り機構の入
    力端部にはそれぞれＸ軸、Ｙ軸用従動カツプリン
    グを設け、各従動カツプリングに対して適宜のア
    クチユエータにより係合離脱する駆動カツプリン
    グを備え、該駆動カツプリングをクロステーブル
    駆動用モーターに連結したことを特徴とする研磨
    用治具。
