るピストンシリンダ装置の位置決め制御回路にお
いて、 前記ピストンの位置を指示する指令装置と、 前記ピストンの位置を検出するフイードバツク
センサと、 前記指令装置からの指令信号と前記フイードバ
ツクセンサからのフイードバツク信号との差を検
出する偏差検出回路と、 前記偏差検出回路の出力信号に基づき、前記ピ
ストンを保持し続けるか又はいずれの方向に移動
するかを判断するヒステリシス付きウインドコン
パレータ回路と、 回路中のいずれかの部分にデイザを与えるデイ
ザ電圧発生回路とから成ることを特徴とするピス
