とを比較して両者の差を表わす比較信号ハを出力
する比較回路１０と、該比較回路１０から出力さ
れる前記比較信号ハに基いて前記車速信号イと前
記通電電流信号ロとの差が小さくなる方向に前記
ソレノイドコイル５への通電電流を制御する電流
制御回路１１と、前記車速信号イと前記通電電流
信号ロとの差が所定値以上であるか否かを検出し
て該差が所定値以上になつたときに異常検出信号
ニを出力する異常検出回路１５とを備えてなるこ
