アクチユエータへ供給される圧力流体の圧力を可
動弁体の動作で変更する圧力調節弁と、前記操向
ハンドルの操舵状態を検出する操舵検知手段と、
該操舵検知手段の出力信号に基づいて前記圧力調
節弁の可動弁体を駆動し、前記アクチユエータへ
供給される圧力流体の圧力を前記操向ハンドルの
操舵に応じ制御する制御手段と、を有することを
