る回数をカウントするカウンタとを備え、前記移
動制御手段は、前記カウンタのカウント値が所定
値を超えかつその状態が継続する場合、前記移動
先位置情報に所定のオフセツト補正値を加算して
前記操作を実行することを特徴とする位置制御装
