Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 濁質を含有する液体を収容するセル、前記
    セル中に測定光を照射する光照射手段、濁質を含
    有する液体を収容するセル、液体中を透過した透
    過光量を検出する透過光検出手段、濁質で散乱し
    た散乱光量を検出する散乱光検出手段、前記透過
    光検出手段から出力される透過光量検知信号と前
    記散乱光検出手段から出力される散乱光量検知信
    号とから濁度を演算する演算手段とを備えた濁度
    測定装置において、前記散乱光検出手段を、該濁
    質による後方散乱光、９０度散乱光および前方散
    乱光を測定し得る位置に少なくとも一個づつ設け
    てなることを特徴とする濁度測定装置。 (2) 前記９０度散乱光の測定手段を測定光の直
    進光路に対して直交する位置に設け、後方散乱光
    の測定位置をセルの測定光投射位置と９０度散乱
    光測定位置との間に設け、そして、前方散乱光測
    定位置を該９０度散乱光測定位置と透過光の光量
    の測定位置との間に設けてなる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項に記載の濁度測定装置。 (3) 前記測定手段が、セルに設けられたセルウ
    インドー、一端が該セルウインドーに接続してい
    る光フアイバーケーブルおよび該光フアイバーケ
    ーブルの他端と接続している光センサーを含んで
    なる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の濁度
    測定装置。
