    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車速とアクセル開度から走行状態を判定し、こ
    の判定結果に基づいてシフトアツプ、シフトダウ
    ンの変速操作を行う変速制御手段を備えた車両の
    自動変速装置において、ギヤ位置を検出する手段
    と、エンジン回転速度を検出する手段と、低速段
    からアクセル全開状態でのシフトアツプ時にはエ
    ンジン回転速度が最大馬力点に対応する回転速度
    を所定値だけ越えた時に前記変速制御手段に変速
    操作開始を指令する低シフト指令手段とを設けた
    ことを特徴とする車両の自動変速装置。
