    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 麺を二つ折り状に掛けた掛棒を連続的に受ける
    フツクを所定間隔に配した搬送チエーンコンベヤ
    と、該搬送チエーンコンベヤの前段部に設ける麺
    横倒ガイド板位置の前記フツク走行近傍に設置し
    た剥離用棒回転ローラと、該搬送チエーンコンベ
    ヤの後段部に設置した高速分離受けベルトコンベ
    ヤと対向の高速分離ローラよりなる掛棒分離手段
    と、該掛棒分離手段の先方に配す渡しベルトコン
    ベヤ間の間隙位置に取付けた弯曲杆等よりなる掛
    棒回収手段とを備えてなる製麺装置における掛棒
    分離装置。
