Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 レトルト殺菌機のタンク内で、複数段積み重ね
    たトレー内に載置された被処理物と、 前記タンク内へ噴霧状にして熱水又は冷却水を
    噴出するスプレー部と、 前記タンクの下方端に溜つた水を加圧下でポン
    プ及び熱交換器を通つて再び前記スプレー部から
    噴霧状に噴出する循環路と、から成り、 前記スプレー部は前記積み重ねたトレーの各段
    の両側にそれぞれ配設されると共に各段のトレー
    表面の全般に及ぶよう扇形で水平方向へ噴霧散布
    するようにしたことを特徴とする噴霧式レトルト
    殺菌機。
