【発明の詳細な説明】
〔発明の目的〕
主呈上度机屏分立
本発明は、指輪、ネックレス、ブローチ、ネクタイピン
、カフスボタン、時計枠、時計バンド、ライター、筆記
用具、眼鏡枠、イヤリング等の材料として使用する白金
合金の改良に関するものである。

従来、装飾品用材料として利用される白金合金としては
、５〜１５重量％のパラジウムを含む白金合金が多用さ
れている。しかし、この合金は加工性、鋳造性に優れて
はいるが、機械的強さ特に硬さが低いために研磨中にす
り傷が付き易くかつ光沢が出にくいうえ、完成品として
使用している場合にも傷が付き易いばかりでなく、宝石
付指輪などの場合には宝石を留めている部分がゆるんで
宝石が脱落するなどの欠点があった。

るという欠点があった。

本発明は、上記のような従来の装飾品用白金合金の欠点
を解消しようとするものであり、加工性および機械的強
さが優れ、かつろう付は処理を行なっても強さや硬さの
低下が少い白金合金を提供しようとするものである。

前述のような本発明の目的を達成できる装飾品用白金合
金は、白金８４〜９１重量％、タングステン１〜１０重
量％、および残部のパラジウムよりなるものである。

工度９０％の加工材と、この加工材を８００℃で１０分
間熱処理した焼鈍材をそれぞれ作成し、引張強さくＴ

測定した。その結果を、併せて第１表に示す。
