などの欠点があつた。 In this type of concrete separator, the plate-shaped part located on the other end side of the locking part inserted between adjacent formworks, and the part that protrudes outward from the poured concrete surface, is manually cut and removed using a general-purpose tool. As a measure to make this process easier, it has been known to form one or two straight perforations across the width of the separator on the plate-shaped part to be removed. For example, although the perforation can be easily removed using a general-purpose tool such as scissors or pliers, or by hand in some cases, without requiring a large-scale cutting jig such as gas cutting, or any construction work, Since the separator is formed in a straight line along the width direction, if the separator is used diagonally across the opposite direction between the opposing formworks, the perforations will be formed against the outside surface of the formwork. If they are not parallel and are cut along the perforations after demolding, a portion will remain protruding and may become an obstacle during surface finishing.
There were drawbacks such as rust on the protruding edges and an unsightly finished surface.

The purpose is to provide products that can be done with good finish.

るものである。 The concrete separator according to the present invention, which has been made to achieve the above object, has a flat plate-shaped locking part on one end side that is inserted between the overlapped ends of adjacent concrete formworks and is removably locked and fixed. , over a certain range in the length direction of at least one surface of the plate-shaped portion located on the other end side of the locking portion,
It has a configuration in which groups of cutting lines in at least two directions that intersect with each other are formed at close intervals.

By applying a shearing force to the line connecting the concrete surface, the protruding portion can be reliably and easily removed at a position along the concrete surface with little effort.
Therefore, there is no unsightly appearance such as a part remaining in a protruding state, and there is no need to cut the remaining part again with a cutting tool, thereby allowing efficient post-processing as a whole. Moreover, as mentioned above, the cutting line of the protruding part can be set at any angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the separator, so there are no restrictions on the orientation of the separator in the installation direction with respect to the formwork.
The separator can be used in a wide variety of ways, regardless of the spacing or relative posture of the opposing formwork.

As an example of a locking part that is locked and fixed, the plate-like part 1a has a circular pin hole 2 and extends over a certain range in the length direction of the plate-like part 1a located on the other end side from the pin hole 2. A group of cut lines 3 for cutting in two directions, which are parallel to the side edges of 1a and intersect with each other at right angles, are formed at close intervals in both the vertical and horizontal directions.

Through a U-clip-shaped pin 4 passed through Sb, the overlapping ends Sa and Sa are interposed and fixed. In this state, concrete is poured between the opposing formworks S, S, and after curing, the plate-shaped portion 1a protruding from the concrete outer surface is removed. Whether it is in the state shown in FIG. 2 with a certain inclination or in the parallel state shown in FIG. This process is performed by cutting along the lines so that there are no remaining parts that protrude outward.
