When installing interior materials such as conventional ceiling materials,
Long hardware with an inverted T-shaped cross section called a T-bar,
Long hardware with a horizontal H-shaped cross section called a bar, long hardware with an inverted M-shaped cross section called an M bar, etc. are used as hardware for interior material construction. When doing this, there was a problem in that these long metal objects had to be cut with a hacksaw or the like to match the dimensions of the room. However, the interior construction of houses is generally carried out by carpenters, but carpenters usually do not have tools for cutting metal materials such as hacksaws, and they tend to dislike the work of cutting hardware or the metal itself. Therefore, there has been a problem in that it has not been possible to popularize the above-mentioned construction method using long hardware for interior construction such as the ceiling of a Japanese-style room.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned points, and can be easily constructed even by those who are not experienced in hardware construction, such as carpenters, and it does not require special tools such as a hacksaw. The object of the present invention is to provide hardware for constructing interior materials, which can be easily constructed using tools normally owned by carpenters and the like without the need for such construction.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to embodiment figures. Reference numeral 2 in FIGS. 1 to 3 is a long hardware body formed as an H bar, and this hardware body 2 has both lower end horizontal pieces 4, 4 attached to the metal body as in the normal usage of an H bar. The side edges of the long ceiling material 1 are held by the hardware main body 2 by fitting into the fitting grooves 5, 5 on the opposing end faces of the long ceiling material 1 arranged on both sides of the main body 2, respectively, and the hardware main body 2 itself is held by the metal fittings main body 2. The long ceiling materials 1, 1 are arranged on a ceiling surface by hanging from a structure such as a ceiling slab using wires 6 or the like. Reference numeral 3 denotes cutting slits formed by cutting from the upper surface and both sides at approximately equal intervals (for example, 20 mm intervals) in the longitudinal direction of the hardware main body 2 at one end of the hardware main body 2, and when the long ceiling material 1 is installed. The cut is formed so as to exclude the center part of the lower surface of the hardware body 2 that is visible from below through the joint A between the adjacent long ceiling materials 1, 1,
This cutting slit 3 is formed as a cut with a width of about 0.1 to 1.0 mm, and the hardware main body 2 can be broken at the cutting slit 3 by simply bending a predetermined part with a regular tool such as pliers or pliers, and the metal body 2 can be cut off at the cutting slit 3. The length of the hardware body 2 can be adjusted to a predetermined length.

In addition, in the present invention, the cutting slits 3 may be formed at an appropriate number of locations on both ends of the hardware main body 2, and the form of the cutting slits 3 is not limited to the form of the above embodiment, but may be cuttable and cuttable. It is sufficient that it is formed in a position that cannot be seen from the outside after completion of construction, and the long hardware body 2 may be formed as an H bar as in the above embodiment, or as shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b. Any type of bar may be used, such as one formed as a T bar or an M bar.

As mentioned above, the present invention forms a long metal fitting body that is placed on the side edge of a long interior material such as a long ceiling material to hold this long interior material, and has a uniform cross-sectional shape over the entire length. Cutting slits are cut into the center from each edge in the width direction of the hardware body, and the cutting slits are provided at approximately equal intervals in the longitudinal direction at one or both ends of the hardware body. Since cutting slits are cut from each edge in the width direction toward the center, the two sides separated by the cutting slits in the main body of the fitting are connected at one point in the center. If you bend the cutting slit part with a regular tool such as a pliers, you can easily break it. Furthermore, even when the length of the fitting body is longer than the elongated interior material, the long portion of the fitting body can be easily cut, and post-construction corrections can be easily made. That is, cutting slits are cut in each edge portion in advance, and
Since the connecting point is only at one point in the center, there is no restriction on the direction of the folding. For example, by repeatedly folding the cut section vertically and horizontally, the folding section can be folded relatively easily even if the length of the folding section is short. , so corrections can be easily made. Also,
Cutting slits are cut from each edge in the width direction of the hardware main body toward the center. All you have to do is break and cut the connecting part, and since there is no restriction on the cutting direction as mentioned above, for example, by repeatedly bending the width of each cutting slit vertically and horizontally, almost no folds can be made in the part that holds the long interior material. Folding and cutting can be performed without applying any cutting force, and therefore, the part that holds the long interior material does not deform, and therefore, the long interior material cannot be held as would be the case if the holding part was deformed. This is effective in preventing the elongated interior material from floating at the deformed portion and creating a gap while the elongated interior material is held. Moreover, as mentioned above, there are no restrictions on the cutting direction, so it becomes necessary to adjust the length of the metal fitting body after construction, and furthermore, it is difficult to cut in the left and right directions due to obstacles such as walls. Even if it is not, for example, if it is bent downward, it can be folded and cut in a vertical manner, and it also has the effect of becoming an easy-to-use interior material construction hardware for the constructor.
