  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸方向に延びる中空穴を有するスピンドル外筒
    と、該スピンドル外筒の中空穴内に回転可能に挿
    通され、その外周面にはらせん溝が所定のピツチ
    にて形成されているスピンドル軸と、前記スピン
    ドル外筒の中空穴に取り付けられた筒状のステー
    タと、前記らせん溝を覆つて冷却液流通用のらせ
    ん状の通路を形成すべく前記スピンドル軸に取り
    付けられたスリーブと、該スリーブに前記ステー
    タに対向して固定された筒状のロータと、前記ス
    リーブと軸方向に並んで前記スピンドル軸に取り
    付けられ、前記らせん状の通路の排出端に連通し
    かつ半径方向外向きに延びる排出路を有する固定
    部材とを含み、 前記らせん状の通路内に冷却液を流通させて前
    記ロータを冷却し、該ロータを冷却した冷却液は
    、前記スピンドル軸の回転に基づく遠心力を利用
    して、前記固定部材の排出路から排出するように
    したことを特徴とするモータ内蔵式スピンドルユ
    ニツト。
