Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a natural and delicious cooking at a high speed by a method wherein a ceramic member having a substantial arch-like section is fitted over an ignition hole of a burner and a cooked object is supported over the ceramic member at a proper interval. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic member having an arch-like section 2 is fitted over an ignition hole 1a of a burner 1. When the burner 1 is ignited, the ceramic members 2 are effectively heated by combustion of gas. As a result, far infrared rays are radiated from the surface of the ceramic members 2 to the cooked object X on the supporting member 3 supported over the cermic members at a proper interval. Far infrared rays are absorbed in the cooked object X, a thermal motion is generated within the cooked object X and the combustion heat of gas is added to it to perform a rapid cooking using an entire temperature increase.

するもので、遠赤外線を利用し迅速な調理が可能であり
、さらに炭火焼のごとき自然かつ美味な焼上げが可能で
あることを特徴とするものである。
