Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体の導入ポートおよび導出ポートを有したハ
    ウジングと、前記ハウジング内に摺動自在に設け
    られ主流路および予備流路を有したスプールと、
    正常作動時に通電によつて作動して前記導入ポー
    トと前記導出ポートとが前記主流路を介して互い
    に連通してポート開度に応じた流体圧または流量
    を制御するよう前記スプールを移動させる駆動手
    段と、異常発生時に前記駆動手段への通電が断た
    れて前記駆動手段が作動停止したときに前記主流
    路が閉止されかつ前記導入ポートと前記導出ポー
    トとが前記予備流路を介して互いに連通して所要
    流体圧または所要流量を確保するよう前記スプー
    ルを移動付勢する付勢手段と、を備えたことを特
    徴とする流体制御弁装置。
