図は本考案による電磁弁の実施例を示し、第１図は非通
電状態の縦断面図、第２図は通電状態の縦断面図、第３
図はてことダイヤフラムおよび調節バネの関係を示す平
面図である。 図において、１はコイル、３はプランジャ、４は固定鉄
心、′１８はブツシュピン、２０　！［帰バネ、２２は
入力ボート、２３は出力ポート、２４は弁孔、２６は弁
体、２Ｂはロッド、２９は一次圧力室、３０はダイヤフ
ラム、３１は支持板、３４はてこ、３５は支軸、３６は
調節バネである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ボディの流体の入口と出口間に形成された弁孔を開閉す
    る弁体と、該弁体を弁孔に押圧する電磁石の駆動部材と
    は切離されており、前記弁孔を挾んで、弁孔を閉止する
    方向に流体圧力を受ける圧力応動体と前記弁体とを連結
    すると共に、該圧力応動体を、てこを介して弁孔を開く
    方向へ調節バネで弾圧したことを特徴とする調圧機構を
    備えた電磁弁。
