案品）と従来のマグネトロン（従来品）の加湿耐

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 陰極ステムを覆つて設けられたフイルタボ
    ツクスと、接地金具、電極の一方を前記接地金具
    の一面上に対接させて固着したコンデンサ、前記
    コンデンサを包囲する絶縁ケース、前記コンデン
    サを貫通して設けられ前記コンデンサの前記電極
    の他方に導通させた貫通導体、及び前記絶縁ケー
    スで包囲された前記コンデンサの内外に充填され
    た絶縁樹脂を備え、前記フイルタボツクスの側面
    板に、前記絶縁ケースがフイルタボツクス外部に
    出るように貫通して配置され、前記接地金具を前
    記側面板に取付け固定した貫通形コンデンサと、
    前記陰極ステムの陰極端子と前記貫通形コンデン
    サの前記貫通端子との間に直列に接続されたイン
    ダクタとを備えるマグネトロンにおいて、前記貫
    通形コンデンサの前記絶縁ケースは、熱可塑性樹
    脂でなり前記コンデンサを包囲するように設けら
    れる第１の絶縁ケース部材と、熱硬化性樹脂でな
    り前記第１の絶縁ケース部材の上端部に一体的に
    装着された第２の絶縁ケース部材とで構成したこ
    とを特徴とするマグネトロン。 (2) 前記貫通形コンデンサの前記第２の絶縁ケ
    ース部材は、肉厚部の一端面に環状の溝を有し、
    前記溝を前記第１の絶縁ケース部材の上端部に嵌
    合させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項に記載のマグネトロン。 (3) 前記貫通形コンデンサの前記第２の絶縁ケ
    ース部材は、前期第１の絶縁ケース部材側の下端
    部を前記第１の絶縁ケース部材の内部に充填され
    た前記絶縁樹脂の内部に埋設させたことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
    に記載のマグネトロン。 (4) 前記貫通形コンデンサの前記第１の絶縁ケ
    ース部材と、前記第２の絶縁ケース部材とは、そ
    の外周面が略同一面となるように嵌合させたこと
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
    載のマグネトロン。
