Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は光フアイバーの多数本と電線の多数本とを整列
させて一体とした光信号−電気信号（電力）の送シ用光
フアイバー集合体に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
従来の整列させて一体化した光７アイバー集合体は所要
本数の光ファイバーを必要長さく切断して辷れ等を整列
させると共に当該整列体の両端部分のみを樹脂等で固め
たものであシ、また、電線は多軸電線として提供された
公知であった。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
上記した従来の光フアイバー集合体は両端部以外の部分
は整列されていないために、一度製造されたものの長さ
の変更および途中での光ファイバーの整列順序の確認等
が不可能に近い状態であり、また多数本の光ファイバー
の整列作業には各々の両端を揃え並べるか、円筒状のも
のく巻き付けて整列させる手段を採用していたので手間
がかか）、更に現場では光フアイバーと電線とを平行さ
せて配線施工することが往々に多いが、この場合には光
ファイバーと電線とを別々に扱って配線工事を行う必要
があって不便である等の欠陥があった。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明は光ファイバーと電線と糸とを経糸および緯糸と
して交織することによって上記のような欠陥を解消する
ものである。
〔実施例〕
図に示す実施例は光ファイバー（１）と茶色電線（２）
と赤色電線（３）とだいだい色電線（４）をこれ等電線
（２）（３）　（４）が５本日ごとの配列となる状態で
経糸とし且つ化学繊維（５）を緯糸として手織で織製し
たものである。
本発明は電線または光ファイバーを色分けして順番の確
認等を容易にすること、交織の手段として平織以外の綾
織などを採用すること、光ファイバーに傷を故意につけ
て花等の光る模様を表現するようにすること、衣服地等
生地として利用すること、糸として水や薬液などくよっ
て溶解する特殊糸や天然糸やテグス等を用いること、等
は自由にできるものである。
〔作用〕
本発明は光ファイバーと電線と糸とを経糸および緯糸と
して交織したことを特徴とするので、光ファイバーおよ
び電線は全長に亘）糸によって整列状ｔｔｙｎｃ固定さ
れるものであ夛、また光信号と電気信号（電力）とを−
緒に送るために用いることができるものである。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明は上記の通〕であるので任意の長さに切断するこ
とも、整列順序を確認することも極めて容易で使いやす
い利便の効果があるは勿論であるが、特に一般の布織物
と同様の構成であるので大量、低コストで製造すること
が可能であるのみならず取扱も従来のものく比して楽で
あ）、また光信号と電気信号（電力）とを−緒に送る個
所に用いて極めて調法である等の実用的効果を奏するも
のである。
