Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固定側支柱の外周に軸受用ステータを配置
    し、外周にインペラを備えた円筒状回転体の内面
    に軸受用ロータを設けるとともに前記ステータを
    とり囲むように配置してアウターロータ形磁気軸
    受を成し、軸方向に２つのラジアル軸受を配置す
    るたて形のターボ分子ポンプにおいて、上部及び
    下部の軸受のギヤツプ径はいずれも下側より上側
    のギヤツプ径を大きくして円錐台形の磁気吸引面
    を成すとともに上部軸受の下側ギヤツプ径を下部
    軸受の上側ギヤツプ径と等しいか大きくしたこと
    を特徴とする磁気軸受ターボ分子ポンプ。 (2) ロータはインナーロータであることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の磁気
    軸受ターボ分子ポンプ。 (3) 上部及び下部の軸受の電磁石がそれぞれ３
    個以上であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の磁気軸受ターボ分子ポンプ。 (4) 軸受の数が２個以上であることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の磁気軸受
    ターボ分子ポンプ。 (5) 磁気軸受の磁気吸引面を円錐台形として下
    向きのスラスト力を発生させ且つ永久磁石の反発
    力または吸引力、あるいは無制御の電磁石の吸引
    力により上向きのスラスト力を発生するように構
    成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の磁気軸受ターボ分子ポンプ。
