軸方向にシフト自在に設けられた切換装置とを備
え、前記切換装置は、第１のシフト位置において
上記センターデフアレンシヤル装置のデフケース
をこのセンターデフアレンシヤル装置の他方の出
力要素に接続してデフケースの回転を上記第１の
出力軸に伝達し、第２のシフト位置において上記
他方の出力要素をドライブギアに接続するととも
に、これらを上記デフケースから切り離してデフ
ケースの回転を上記第１および第２の出力軸に伝
達し、第３のシフト位置において上記デフケース
を上記他方の出力要素およびドライブギアにとも
に接続してデフケースの回転を上記第１および第
２の出力軸に伝達することを特徴とする自動車の
