- メイン信号検出用受光素子とトラツキング信号
検出用受光素子を同一の半導体基板に形成した集
積型受光装置であつて、上記メイン信号検出用受
光素子はフオトダイオード構造であり、トラツキ
ング信号用受光素子はフオトトランジスタ構造で
あることを特徴とした集積型受光装置。
